How I furnished our New Loft under $2,500

Alright y’all this is no joke.

Kev and I made a deal I could use whatever money I made selling any furniture and decor and use that money to purchase new furniture. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

I’m no high maintenance thing I find the thrill of a deal exciting and challenging so I was definitely in my natural habitat looking for deals in all the right places.

So naturally before even signing papers to move into the loft, the whole house was cleared and sold except our bed and Vans room. ( because well those are the only new items and that just wasn’t necessay)

y’all when I mean the house was empty I mean nothing in ONE DAY! Facebook marketplace has a special place in my heart for all those sales. So that was it everything was sold I counted out my cash jar and there it was all $2500.00 of it.

So here we are moving in two days with nada not one thing, onto West Elm outlet we go. This is my secret my honey hole. The finds of all finds. I made two trips in two days and the whole loft done.

My advice to you, if you want to refurnish your house for cheap sell what you have first! Have a clean slate.

Next don’t try and go the fancy stores you can find the greatest deals at the outlets. My best kept secrets are West Elm outlet and Final cut georgia (Anthro and free people mostly 90% discounted)

I bought all of these items for just under $2500.00

1 couch

1 large rug

1 “perch” leather recliner

1 office chair

1 tv cabinet (Buffett turned tv cabinet)

2 side tables

TV stand for our bedroom

2 Bar stools

and many decor pieces.

Wanna see?

Welcome to our loft :)
